1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by u9agent through the website u9agent.win or our mobile app, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all platform users, regardless of whether you are simply browsing the website, registering a new account, or actively using our gaming services. Continued use following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

U9Agent reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be displayed on the website and, where appropriate, communicated to users via their registered email.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the u9agent platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Reside in or access the service from a geographical area that does not restrict the use of online gambling services.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never been suspended or banned from using the u9agent platform previously.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process .

KYC Verification Process

After registration, you are required to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process by submitting valid identification documents such as a national ID or passport. This process is mandatory for fund withdrawals and for increasing your daily transaction limits. All submitted documents are processed securely and confidentially in accordance with the u9agent Privacy Policy.

3. User Account

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only on the u9agent platform. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of all fund balances without any compensation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. u9agent will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact our support team immediately.

• Passwords must contain at least 8 characters with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including u9agent staff.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Ensure your registered email address remains active and accessible at all times.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

All financial transactions on the u9agent platform are processed using designated payment methods. U9Agent supports a variety of local Malaysia payment methods to facilitate your deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the deposit page at the time of the transaction.
• All deposits must originate from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned after deduction of processing fees.
• U9Agent reserves the right to request additional proof of payment should any doubt arise regarding a transaction.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any bonus received is subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted.
• U9Agent reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 5 business days for security review purposes if necessary.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

U9Agent offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated alongside each respective promotional offer.

• Welcome Bonus: This bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit. A user is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
• Wagering Requirements: By default, bonuses must be wagered 20x before a withdrawal is permitted, unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotional terms.
• Bonus Validity Period: Every bonus has an expiry period. Bonuses not used within the specified period will be automatically cancelled.
• Bonus Abuse Policy: Any attempt to exploit or abuse the bonus system through bonus abuse or hedging will result in bonus cancellation and further action against the account.

6. Game Rules

• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system. Players who discover a bug are required to report it to customer support.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for the purpose of bypassing geographical restrictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The u9agent platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure service availability at all times, u9agent does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or errors at any given moment.

U9Agent is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from internet or platform service disruptions beyond our control.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Unfavourable game outcomes for the user, given that all games involve an element of chance.
• A user's failure to understand and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The maximum total liability of u9agent to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

9. Changes to Terms

U9Agent reserves the right to modify, update, or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, except for changes that materially affect user rights, for which at least 7 days' notice will be provided via registered email or a notice on the website.

Users are advised to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically. The latest update date will always be displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Account Termination

You may close your u9agent account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing, ensure all eligible fund balances have been withdrawn, as there is a possibility that remaining balances cannot be returned after account closure if there are any unresolved bonus or verification issues.

U9Agent reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any of the Terms and Conditions stated herein. In such cases, funds in the account may be held pending the completion of an investigation.
